Update truite for block-explorer browsing

  • Add CORS for JSON RPC server

Run with RUST_BACKTRACE=1 cargo run -- --max-block 0 --rpc-listen-address 0.0.0.0:8545 --enable-api eth,net,erigon,otterscan
